Cadillac XTS Platinum.

We first saw the Cadillac XTS Platinum concept (pictured) at the 2010 Detroit Auto Show, but it appears that the production car will finally bow in Los Angeles next month. The XTS will be Cadillac's new flagship sedan, replacing both the STS and DTS when it arrives.
The big highlight of the XTS will be Cadillac's new CUE infotainment system, which will later be available in the ATS sedan and SRX crossover. Mum's the word on what sort of powertrain will be lurking under the hood of the new flagship, but recent reports have suggested that we could see a turbocharged version of General Motors' new 2.5-liter inline-four, producing around 300 horsepower. For reference, the XTS Platinum concept debuted with a 3.6-liter V6 mated to a plug-in hybrid system, delivering 350 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque.
The XTS will go into production in the spring of 2012. We'll have the full suite of details live from Los Angeles next month.

The 2012 Cadillac SRX hits dealerships next month, and although the majority of its new model year updates are small, there's big news under the hood. General Motors has decided to ditch both its 3.0-liter naturally aspirated V6 and 2.8-liter turbocharged V6 in favor of the automaker's more powerful 3.6-liter V6, an engine found in a variety of applications throughout GM's portfolio.
GM has officially priced the 2012 SRX from $36,060 (*including $875 for destination).
Other changes for the 2012 model year include standard Bluetooth connectivity on all models, a new Xenon Blue Metallic paint option, new interior color choices and a revised 20-inch wheel pattern, among other things.

2011 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum. There is nothing more fitting for a status symbol in the automotive world than a Cadillac Escalade. When we first walked up to the Escalade, we were amazed to see how big this thing really is. At 222-inches long, the Escalade is easily one of the longest in the market. Over the years there is one thing we have learnt about the Escalade is that the styling will never disappoint you. The 2011 Escalade is easily the best looking SUV in the market compared to the Land Cruiser, Range Rover and the QX.
Our tester came with a sticker price of $87,345 plus a $950 destination charge. Another reason to opt for the Platinum package is that you get every option as standard equipment thus removing the need to worry about which option box to check.
